Student Research Week

Student Research Week (SRW) is one of the largest university-wide student led research week programs in the nation.

The mission of Student Research Week (SRW) is to recognize and celebrate student research at Texas A&M University by providing an opportunity for students to present research and to foster an environment for students, faculty, staff and administration to learn about the research occurring at Texas A&M University and the resources available on campus.

The goal of Student Research Week is to promote understanding and communication about research among disciplines, as well as to the public, thereby promoting a positive university research environment. SRW also aims to highlight the excellence and broad range of research occurring within the University community.

Student Research Week programs are planned and funded primarily by the Texas A&M Graduate Student Council and SRW awards are sponsored by University Departments. The Office of Graduate Studies, Vice President for Research, Department of Student Life, Undergraduate Programs & Academic Services, Academic Colleges, administrators, faculty, staff, and students collaborate with the GSC to ensure that SRW is a continual success.
